4. PRICING AND PAYMENT POLICY

Prices listed include applicable taxes. ToyKoboShop reserves the right to change prices without notice.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are prepared and shipped within 48 hours after the order has been received and confirmed, excluding weekends and holidays. ToyKoboShop offers both national and international shipping, subject to carrier coverage and destination restrictions.

Once the package is handed over to the shipping company, an official tracking number will be provided to the customer. From that point onward, delivery times depend entirely on the logistics provider, and are only estimates. ToyKoboShop is not responsible for delivery delays caused by third parties, restricted-access zones, incorrect addresses, or unsuccessful delivery attempts.

Orders are shipped to the address provided by the user at checkout. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure that all delivery details such as name, address, and contact information are correct and complete. ToyKoboShop will not be held liable for delivery failures due to inaccurate or incomplete information.

All packages are carefully packed in protective materials that help safeguard the condition of the items during transit. However, if external damage occurs due to mishandling by the carrier (such as crushed boxes, torn packaging, or similar issues), customers must file a claim directly with the shipping company.

ToyKoboShop will only process claims related to missing items, defects, or shipping errors in accordance with our Refounds and Replace Policy. No other incidents will be considered unless explicitly covered in said policy.

6. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Return or replacement requests must be submitted within five (5) calendar days of receiving your order. To initiate a request, customers must send an email to support@toykoboshop.com with clear photographs of the product, its packaging, and the condition in which it was received.

Only items with verifiable manufacturing defects or fulfillment errors are eligible for replacement. In the event that ToyKoboShop shipped an incorrect product due to an internal error, we will assume full responsibility and cover both the return shipping and the delivery of the correct item.

Please note that ToyKoboShop does not offer full product returns or refunds for other reasons. Instead, defective components may be replaced when applicable, subject to availability and confirmation.

Products that have been used, altered, or damaged due to customer mishandling will not be eligible for replacement. Likewise, returns will not be accepted for customer mistakes, such as selecting the wrong item, providing an incorrect shipping address, or changing your mind.

All requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy, which we strongly recommend reading before submitting a claim.

7. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
