REFOUNDS AND REPLACE POLICY

At ToyKoboShop, every item is carefully inspected before shipping. However, exceptions are allowed in cases where an item arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete.

You must contact us within 5 days of delivery to report any issues, and provide clear photos of the item and packaging for verification.


Order Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the limited-edition and collectible nature of our products, all sales are final once an order is placed. Refunds will only be issued in cases where our distributors are unable to fulfill the order.

We do not issue refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
  • Subjective dissatisfaction (e.g., color preferences, scale, or unmet expectations)

We strongly encourage customers to review all product photos, descriptions, and specifications before placing an order.


Handling Articulated Figures

Due to the nature of custom collectibles, some joints may feel tight. We highly recommend apply gentle heat (e.g., hairdryer or warm water) before attempting to move any tight joints.

Breakage resulting from not following this precaution will not considered a manufacturing defect.


Eligible Replace / Returns

If the item is objectively defective (e.g., misaligned eyes, major paint flaws, missing parts), a replacement will be shipped free of charge upon verification.

We only accept your claim in the following cases:

  • The product arrived with significant Painting defects (e.g., misaligned eyes, major scratches).
  • The product has missing parts that prevent normal use
  • You received the wrong item (return instructions will be provided via email)

Situations not eligible for replace or return:

We do not accept claims for:

  • Broken parts due to force or rough handling
  • Items that have been customized, painted, or modified by the buyer
  • Items returned without prior approval
  • Sale or discounted items unless defective upon arrival
  • Requests made after 5 calendar days of delivery
  • Minor imperfections or box damage due to shipping
  • Buyer’s remorse

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Recheck your bank or payment account
  2. Contact your credit card provider
  3. Check with your bank (processing times may vary)
