ORDER POLICY

At ToyKoboShop, we are committed to offering a reliable and transparent shopping experience. Please read this policy carefully before placing any order. By completing a purchase, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Account Registration Required

To make any purchase, including preorders, customers must create an account on www.toykoboshop.com. Guest checkout is not available. Only individuals 18 years of age or older are permitted to register and place orders.

2. Types of Orders

ToyKoboShop offers the following types of orders:

In-Stock Orders: Items labeled as “Available Now” or “In Stock” will be processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Tracking information will be sent by email. If you do not receive tracking after 3 business days, please contact us at support@toykoboshop.com.

Preorders with Deposit: For select products, you may reserve your item by paying a deposit. When the product arrives at our warehouse, we will notify you via email and provide a secure payment link to complete the second payment (remaining balance).

  • Customers have 5 calendar days from the email notification to complete the second payment.
  • If the deadline passes, the order will be temporarily suspended. Customers may contact us at support@toykoboshop.com to request a late payment link, subject to availability.
  • Please make the second payment using the same customer account used for the deposit.
  • Important: Product descriptions and estimated release dates are published on the corresponding product pages. These dates are provided by our suppliers and may be subject to change, either delayed or moved forward. While we will make reasonable efforts to inform customers of any changes, ToyKoboShop is not responsible for delivery deadlines and is not obligated to notify every schedule variation.

Full-Payment Preorders: Some items require full payment upfront. These are typically near-release products or items already in transit to our warehouse. Orders will be shipped as soon as the item becomes available.

If you need to update your shipping address, please email us before the product ships.

3. Combining Orders

If an order includes a mix of in-stock and preorder items, ToyKoboShop reserves the right to ship them together or separately, depending on stock levels and logistical considerations.

4. Cancellations and Modifications

Preorders are strictly non-cancellable. Once a preorder is placed, whether by deposit or full payment, it cannot be canceled or refunded under any circumstance unless the product becomes unavailable due to reasons beyond our control.

For in-stock orders, customers who made a mistake during checkout (e.g., wrong quantity, duplicate purchase, accidental selection) may request a cancellation by emailing support@toykoboshop.com.

  • Cancellations will only be accepted before the order is processed or shipped.
  • If the order has already been packed or handed to the carrier, no cancellations or modifications will be possible.
  • Returns or refunds for in-stock items will only be accepted if the customer ordered the wrong quantity or made a duplicate purchase, and only if the item is returned in unopened, original condition. In such cases, return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

In the event a customer receives an item and wishes to return it for any reason not related to damage, defect, or shipping error, no return will be accepted. All product listings include clear descriptions and images; it is the customer’s responsibility to read them carefully before purchasing.

If an order is delivered to the wrong address due to an error in the shipping details provided at checkout, ToyKoboShop will not be held responsible, and no refunds will be issued. See [Shipping Policy] for more details.

    5. Shipping Address Responsibility

    ToyKoboShop is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer at checkout. If the item is returned to us due to address errors, the customer must cover the cost of re-shipping.

    6. Product Availability

    All preorders are subject to availability from manufacturers and distributors. In rare cases, if an item becomes unavailable, we will issue a full refund of your deposit or full payment, depending on the type of preorder made.

    7. Payment Methods

    All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Your payment information is not stored on our servers. We do not accept cash, checks, or bank transfers.

    8. Fraud Prevention

    We reserve the right to cancel or suspend any order suspected of fraudulent activity or unusual behavior, especially in cases of multiple accounts or use of false information.

    9. Communication

    All order-related notifications, including tracking, second payment requests, and preorder updates, are sent via email. Please make sure to check your inbox and spam folders regularly. Add support@toykoboshop.com to your contact list to avoid missing important messages.
