- Preorders: Shipped as soon as the item is received at our warehouse, following the payment schedule described in our Order Policy.
Processing times may vary during high-volume periods or force majeure events. ToyKoboShop is not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers.
3. Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at the time of checkout.
ToyKoboShop will not be held liable for failed deliveries or lost packages due to:
- Misspelled or incorrect addresses
- Missing apartment, suite, or building numbers
- Use of outdated addresses
In such cases, if the item is returned to us by the carrier, the customer will be responsible for covering the cost of re-shipping.
4. Delivery Confirmation and Lost Packages
Once the tracking system marks an order as “delivered,” ToyKoboShop considers the transaction completed.
If the package cannot be located:
- The customer must contact the carrier directly to open an investigation.
- We may assist in the process, but we are not obligated to issue refunds or replacements unless the package is returned to us.
ToyKoboShop does not assume liability for stolen packages or delivery issues after confirmed receipt.

7. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, ToyKoboShop is not responsible for mishandling by shipping carriers, as all shipments are inspected and secured prior to dispatch.
However, if you would like to pursue a claim with the carrier, we recommend:
- Taking clear photos of the outer and inner packaging, including any damage to the contents.
- Contacting the carrier immediately to file a formal damage report.
If assistance is required from ToyKoboShop to support your claim, you may forward the photos to: support@toykoboshop.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Please note that without visual evidence, neither ToyKoboShop nor the carrier may be able to proceed with any compensation process.
8. Non-Deliverable Packages
If a package is deemed undeliverable by the carrier and returned to us, we will notify the customer. The customer may:
- Request re-shipment (shipping fees apply)
- Opt for a refund minus the original shipping fee
If the customer does not respond within 7 calendar days, the item will be restocked, and no refund will be processed.
